I use Eye-Fi in my slot 2 except when on a paid assignment

It works well, uses my phone WiFi hotspot to send it to the cloud or direct mode to my iPad.

I set the slot to basic jpg to speed up the process over wifi, no raw for sure.

I like it because I can review stuff when I don't have time to to post process or if I am in the field. The iPad is great for that.
