If your happy using the D90, you will have no problem with the D7000. Dual card slots vs single, 6 frames per second vs 4.5 much higher iso values, longer battery life, better build quality,39 point AF vs 11. 100 percent view finder.its a much nicer camers all round.
If you shoot video the list continues 1080p vs 720p Auto focus in video mode. ect ect.
You wont be dissapointed.
