As Jon suggested, upping the exposure 1.5 makes the white ice and uniforms white. I downloaded the small JPG and in LR3 bumped up the exposure 1.5 and found the noise did not increase much.
Since hockey is such a fast sport don't be afraid of high ISO, crank it up, add positive Exposure composition and get the shutter speed up. That camera is made for it.
That shot #4 tells it all;>)
