Here is a Short sample I did on my 3200 it includes sound.
if you want to see what video looks like.

This was my first attempt and I did not use any Flash or light other than the overhead florescents (One coolwhite, the other Daylight.

I should have turned the sound off. The child in question that was asked the question was just 3 years old
