Personally, I agree with your opinion. Actually, some of the buzz words/phrases can also be found in the press releases for some non-Nikon cameras by doing a quick search online (impeccably clean image files as an example), it implies that Expeed was introduced with the D3 (it is also in the D300), and breaks with Nikon's use of Lo-1 with equivalent in parentheses when referring to an ISO below a standard range. Actually, it states outright that the sensor is shared Nikon's flagship model as well (competing your new model against your flagship is not exactly the smartest approach). If this is for a new camera, Nikon should fire its marketing people. Since crumpling up a page though has often gone hand in hand with fakes in other markets (and some professions), I would assume it is most likely not real.
FWIW, rushing yet another pricey body out during a recession in the US would seem awfully aggressive. At least in Austin and Albuquerque, none of the higher priced bodies from any of the manufacturers seem to be moving very fast.
