We can all discuss how bad the support is at certain companies, but like you said, it could be a bad experience for not more of a reason than a bad sandwich, no roses on valentines day, etc. I will say, that if anyone wants to experience bad, and I mean bad, customer technical support, just try and obtain it from Adobe. I bet in the dictionary if you look up Adobe, the explanation will be Sh*&^ty service. Bad enough that I will NEVER purchase any of their software. Lucky what I have I received with my scanner and/or printer.
