I have only been pulled over once and was given a warning and that was about 20 years ago (wow, was it really that long ago ?!). No problem on my end with police.

I know I've mentioned it in the past, my brother and sister-in-law are LAPD as are several close friends. Several other close friends are LASD deputies, and a couple of neighbors are Corrections Officers. I have no problem with law enforcement. (There is a bit of dark humor, but I think that come s with seeing the same thing over and over and not having any other release but dark humor, part of the job, I guess.)
I find that attitude goes along way and respect is a two way street.
