I don't use auto ISO; I set the ISO myself. It's not that hard to change, and I don't want to give that control over to the camera. But I know that others use auto ISO to good advantage, so you'll hear different opinions on this.

I tend to use C mode.

It's hard to pass up the 35 f1.8. Great lens at a good price. If I'm taking a prime along when I travel, that's the one.
