Very simple. When the Preprocessing Options dialog box comes up, check remove ghosts. From there, you can have the program automatically choose which exposure it uses for moving objects, or you can selectively choose yourself. This same feature is what you would use for other animate objects such as people, animals or flora blowing in the wind. This applies to version 4.2, but this feature has been implemented in prior versions with slightly different labeling and functionality.
