Jeff, It was a pleasure going through your pictures. I could not decide on the first five pictures, but neither could you. It is like the changing mood of a mountain. The last mountain picture show a little more detail of the mountain but the valley was too dark.
To me the first castle photo makes the boldest statement. The very nicely framed picture of the second castle photo wiil make a good postcard.
The last picture with the layered mist and mountains is stunning. The wonderful foreground, bottom right, give the picture balance and perspective.
My overall favorite is the stone castle nestled in the bracken ferns.
