I hated parting with mine, but I hardly used it and I needed money in a hurry. I am not really into macro photography, though I do have a 55mm Micro Nikkor. I plan to use it to photograph minerals to sell on EBay for a friend. I have a light tent and use my speedlights and that works well. I did try the R200s on my background for portraits and I agree they are not powerful enough, but then that is not their purpose.
