Your display settings are different in your machines.
You need to make both the same.

Go into the ViewNX2 version that you like, check the File > Convert Files screen, make a note of the settings.

Now go into the other machine and change them to be the same

Note: I don't make file conversions in ViewNX2 but on Photoshop
