"CNX2 and Aperture"

Redlands, US

I currently use Aperture for all of my photo organization and processing. To date I have always shot jpeg's but as I get my serious am starting to shoot raw. From what I read it seems that CNX2 is a good choice for raw processing.

My question - can I continue to use Aperture for photo management/organization, slide shows, integration with iMovie, iTunes, etc, but use CNX2 for editing/processing? I think I can just right-click on a photo in Aperture and use another app like CNX2 for editing.
