Cant help feeling this has become very complex and there must be a simple answer.
I know very little but have had the Nikon digitals for a long time very disturbing that someone is so perturbed they would go backwards.
Similarly with Capture, I have had a few hiccups always cleared by using this site or by messages with Nikon.
I had a similar problem with NX and not suggesting it is the same thing but a small mistake created a big problem that didnt really exist.
'When I first upgraded to NX2 I used an upgrade disk. I still had my NX1 and key. Mistake was to delete NX1. NX2 would not instal until I reinstalled NX1 and left it in the corner of my desktop to sit there unused forever more'
