Hi Preston,

I might be missing something here, but this is how I dealt successfully with the same problem.
I am on a Mac Powerbook Pro running in 10.7.2, but it also works in 10.6.x.

1. you have to have the latest version of CEP 3 for this to work. I believe that it is version 3.003.
2. go to the NX2 application icon in your Applications folder and single click on it to highlight the icon only. (make sure NX2 is not running)
3. press the (command"/"i) keys together and the "get information" window will open.
4. under the "general" section, click on the box that says "open in 32-bit mode"

That should do it and when you next open the latest version of NX2, your CEP3 filters should be there.
