As stated above, is this a EVF camera, does it have a pentaprism? If it's EVF it may be possible to mount other lenses with adapters like you can with the G1. I was thinking about the G1 with FD adapter because the Canon Yahoo group members are raving about this combo since it gives them a digiital option with FD lenses and allows infinity focus too. I'm also a Canon FD shooter with lenses from 24-500, mostly primes and a few zooms.

It doesn't have an EVF - just a live preview via the LCD screen. Incidentally, you can't mount Canon FD lenses on a Nikon body and get infinity focus, at least not without image degrading optics in the middle. They were designed with a shorter film to lens mount distance in mind than Nikon uses.

Rick, I was hoping it was more like the Panasonic G1 which does accept Canon FD lenses with an adapter and provides infinity focus. If I could use it with my FD lenses like the G1 I'd get one, otherwise I have no interest in it.

The G1 is a pretty cool little camera, and it will be interesting to see what develops over the next year with that format.
