Hello Nikonians,

Back to Nikon after 500D and 550D ( Rebel T1i and T2i). The main reason for my Camera is Family Photography, i am not a pro photographer or so but i enjoy trying and playing with Manual Photography since i got the D7000, it really encourages to shoot in Manual Mode...

Currently, most of my photos are also in A ( aperture Mode) ... and i am using the 18-105 Kit Lens, all photos handheld.

Some of my photographies in Abu Dhabi city attached. Would appretiate your Feedback, positive and negative to improve my photography...

One Question Though, sometimes i feel the battery is moving inside the body when i press firmly on the lower part of the grip! i feel such movement. however when the battery is not in the body and press the grip very firmly, i dont have problems.. Any one??

My photos are here:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6795167/test_sh_mosque.rar

All photos in their Original formats, shoot in JPG, No Enhancement with the exception of No.007, Resized by Photoshop

I especially like the last picture! And of course of the little boy. He looks like he was having fun that night!

I own a D7000 and do not have the problem with the battery that you stated. The only issue I have (and it is not really an issue) is the little latch on the front of the grip that keeps opening. But other than that, I agree with you that the D7000 rocks! And I own a D3!

thanks a lot for your response... my son actually enjoys being shooted

yes, the front latch is annoying sometimes but as u said, not an issue....

by the way, i think it is the battery door now not the battery itself that moves.... anyways, it is not that big deal also.
