I got a super (I think?) deal on a
METZ 32 CT-3I
But I just found out that the trigger voltage is 24 volts. Will this harm my D7000?

According to page 275 of the D7000 manual, the maximum sync voltage is 250. So as long as the polarity is correct, it should not harm the trigger circuit.
