Good morning everyone. I just updated the firmwares on my D7000 A-1.02, B-1.03, L-1.006. I googled high & low, trying to figure out what the firmware updates actually improved. I was unsuccessful. I just got my D7000 a couple days ago. Prior to updating the firmware the camera was on firmwares A-1.01, B-1.02, L-1.002. So, It appears that the camera hadn't been updated in a while. Im just curious if anyone out there might have some information to share, on any major improvements made on the firmware updates that I just installed. Thank you in advance for your help.

The best list you can get is probably from the Nikon download webpage, but that list probably does not contain everything.

Thank you, I appreciate the help. I know it's probably not important. It was just a curiosity thing. I am so in love with this camera. The 39 AF-C 3D mode is unreal. I honestly had no clue a camera could focus that fast. My K-5 would take 3-4 times as long to focus on moving subjects. I took my dog to the dog park yesterday and was able to snap some pictures of him running straight at me, with his ears flopping all around. That would've been a physical impossibility. It would've back focused, and wouldn't have been able to track my dog like the D7000 did. I'm so glad I made the switch.

Unfortunately, the link you provided gives the L= 1.002 instead of the update L= 1.006 to which the OP upgraded to/made reference to.

Does anyone have the link to the L= 1.006 upgrade/update?
