I purchased a Zeikos grip for my D7000 through B&H. After using it just a few times, the clamp that twists to open the battery door broke off in my hand. Since it is beyond the 30 day return period, B&H referred me directly to Zeikos via the provided 800#.
After contacting Zeikos by phone, I was told to send an email. I did that several days ago. Still no response. Anyone else have a similar experience? Any suggestions/recourse?
