"Is the D3200 the perfect beginners camera?"

Morristown, US

Hello, just ordered a D3200 for my wife for Mothers Day. Do D3200 users consider this camera to be the perfect beginners camera? She's been using the D300s and wanted a camera of her own and one that was easy to use. Would appreciate your opinions.

In terms of size, weight, and button layouts, there is a very big difference between the D300S and the D3200. Whether these are good vs bad is completely dependent on the user.

I have one I consider it a Great Camera for Beginners and amateur Photographers.

I have neither the interest nor the funds, nor the inclination to take 6 months or more just to learn all the controls on a Ful Frame camera Like a FX800. Or even the D7100. Its Sturdy, Lightweight and Makes Great Photos

Here is a Sample:

This file due to size constraints was reduced to 75 DPI and I added a Frame using PhotoStyler.

This file due to size constraints was reduced to 75 DPI at 300 DPI it much sharper

Here is one taken today.
I try out different depth of fields, Used 55-200mm lens:

You have to reduce file size so much to send to this server it kills detail.
