"en-el3e Manufacturing Date by Serial number?"

Alexandria, US

Hello,
I'm not sure if this is the proper forum; I apologize if it is not. I have a few EN-EL3E batterires; some that came with my cameras and a couple I purchased extra. Is there a way to tell by serial number or other means, which batteries are the oldest or newest? I know that in some cameras you can check the battery life or charge. I just want to know the manufacturing date.

Thanks,
Brent
