Caught this guy hanging upside down in order to get seed from a bird feeder. D300 with Nikkor 28-300 at f25, 1/250, ISO 800, on-camera flash.

That is a great sharp photo. I love how his whiskers stand out.

At least he hangs upside down. Little buggers just chewed the top off my hanging feeder.

I spend a lot of time shooing them off feeders, knowing even as I do so that they'll get the last laugh∏—and bite!

Great detail in the fur and ears. Nicely captured. I use feeders with wire cages around them. The squirrels still try but they can't get any seed.
