Running XP and View NX2.

I can't get View NX2 to see a removable disk. The camera and removable disk sources are both checked.

It sees the camera no problem but I had a bunch of slides scanned to a jump drive that I want to edit in View NX2.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Is the drive visible on the PC?
If it is not then it has nothing to do with View NX2 but with the machine unable to install successfully the driver for the external drive.

Have you rebooted the machine?

USB drives (at times) need that step to be seen.

Is View the latest version? If so, try using the Transfer button and save the files to a drive.
