"Camera Control 2 won't install in Mac OS 10.8.2"

Camera Control 2 ver 2.8 will not open on my retina macbook pro with OS 10.8.2 (Mountain Lion). It installs, accepts the license # and then tells me I must reinstall it "properly".

Any suggestions?.

Looks like CCP2 2.10.0 needs to be installed over 2.8 for Mac OS 10.7.2, not Mountain Lion 10.8.
