Free software for commenting on images available (30th Oct 2009) The free software Annotate! by Nikonians allows you to easily comment and share images with other photographers.
The new Annotate! Community Edition (Windows only - Mac will come) allows you to easily annotate JPG images (create comments that are bound to coordinates within the image), to create virtual crops and to send the images easily through the built-in email functionality.
If you are a person that uses Photoshop to resize your screenshots before you send them, you will probably find it much easier to use Annotate!
